Revenue Cycle Director (Full-Time)

Responsible for the daily oversight, management, and direction of all phases of the clinics accounts receivable operation in order to ensure accurate and timely billing and collections from third party payors and patients.The ideal candidate will have experience and performance that reflects a results-oriented approach to the management of accounts receivable. Knowledge of CPT, industry regulatory regulations, health insurance practices and government regulations and policies.Bachelors Degree in business related field required. Minimum of 5-8 years experience in a billing office operation, with 3-5 years of management experience in patient financial services and/or revenue cycle.Customer service knowledge. Demonstrated ability to apply process management skills within the work site. Experience in handling customers. Experience in strategic planning and finance and the ability to understand how this impacts the revenue cycle.
