GENERAL SUMMARY :
Educates providers and clinicians on system functionality and capability. Assists in development of workflows through collaboration of clinicians, providers and developers. Assists in implementing new applications and workflows. Develops, trains and oversees clinical application training programs; advises management on clinical process redesign and improvement. Provide support for clinical staff and troubleshooting the system when necessary.

Develops, trains and oversees clinical application training programs; advises management on clinical process redesign and improvement. Provide support for clinical staff and troubleshooting the system when necessary.
Assists in identifying the clinical data requirements of the managers, departments, offices, clinicians, and patients across the organization. Coordinates the advancement of clinical information systems to satisfy these data requirements.
Assists managers and clinicians with process re-design, improving workflows by efficient implementation and use of clinical information systems.
Works with providers and clinicians on adoption and optimization of applications and respective clinical workflows.
Coordinate, assist and communicate workflow changes, maintenance/patches, and software upgrades.
Promotes use of technology throughout the clinics.
Proactively identifies and evaluates provider needs related to clinical use of the electronic health record.
Provide one-on-one training and ongoing system optimization training.
Collaborate with clinical staff to maintain regulatory compliance as it relates to completion of daily Electronic Health Records and new technologies.
Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED :
Associates Degree required or may be substituted for appropriate clinical
Minimum two (2) years’ experience in a customer service related field required.
Technical knowledge with Product/Vendor Analysis, software support and training programs preferred.
Knowledge of systems and application development is preferred.
Experience with implementation of application software packages/custom applications preferred.
Knowledge of the application of computer technology within healthcare preferred.
Experience in a healthcare related field preferred.
Experience with Nuance Dragon applications preferred.
Demonstrated proficiency in communication and customer service skills.
