A bout The Job:
Pharmacist is responsible for overseeing daily operations of all pharmaceutical care services provided to all Mitchell County Regional Health Center patients. This position will supervise pharmacy support personnel, assure quality pharmaceutical care, inventory control, and regulatory guideline compliance, leading to positive patient outcomes.
The Shift: 10-15 hours per week
The Pay: Based on experience.
What We Need from You:
Education
Completion of a B.S. or Pharm.D. in Pharmacy at an accredited college of pharmacy required.
Iowa Pharmacist licensure, either by examination or by reciprocity, is required.
Experience
One year of hospital pharmacy experience with supervisory experience is preferred.
3-5 years in a retail, clinical setting preferred.

Customer relations skills including meeting customer needs and establishing an exceptional service environment.

Mitchell County Regional Health Center is in Osage, Iowa located in Mitchell County, which has a population of 10,600 people. MCRHC is a 25-bed critical access hospital, including a Level 4 Trauma Center Emergency Room seeing 3,200 visits annually. The Surgical Services department performs over 1,300 procedures annually, including specialties General Surgery, Orthopedics, ENT, Urology, Ophthalmology, Pain management, and Podiatry.
