Key Rehabilitation Physical Therapist / RPT in Red Oak, Iowa
Key Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist who is interested in working with the current “Greatest Generation”, as well as with the impending flood of aging baby boomers as they very actively age. This position is in both a SNF and Home Health setting.
Therapists will use their skills to evaluate each patient, develop treatment plans, and work with the interdisciplinary team to enable patients to achieve their goals. The therapist in this position will supervise the PTA's on the team and travel between facilities as needed for evals and supervision. Key Rehab will pay travel between facilities. You may be eligible for a bonus to assist with relocation to the area for this position.
Minimum qualifications:
Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with an active PT license in the state of practice.
Must perform job responsibilities in accordance with Key Rehab’s Code of Ethical Conduct and follow state and federal guidelines.
Preferred Qualifications
Long term care and/or Home Health experience
Good organizational and problem solving skills
Flexibility and team work
Exceptional oral and written communication
Experience with the geriatric population
Understanding of current Medicare billing regulations
