In support of the mission and vision of CHI Health, physical therapists provide evaluations, care planning, direct treatment and work as a collaborative member of the interdisclinary team in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Care planning, patient/family education, positive and professional physician and payer communication expected in this role. This role includes diagnosing and managing movement dysfunctions as well as restoring and maintaining optimal physical function. Strong knowledge of applicable laws, licensure, regulations and professional standards is expected.
Qualifications
Requirements:
*Any combination of BS, MS, MPT, DPT
*Active physical therapy license in the State of Iowa, or physical therapy licensure compact.
*Basic life support. AHA
Pay Range
$33.62 - $47.57/hour
