MercyOne Johnston Clinic is looking for a Clinic Supervisor to join their team!

What You'll Do :
Assists with directing, motivating, and evaluating the activities of specific clinic personnel. May also be responsible for assisting with setting staff priorities and directly evaluating and disciplining staff members.
Works with individual clinic management and medical staff to evaluate, monitor and enforce clinic specific protocols, procedures and objectives.
Ensures charging/ reimbursement changes are integrated into every level of clinic operations by coordinating with the clinic team.
Promotes an environment of Patient Centered Care, building a team that promotes a positive patient experience with each encounter.
Assists in the development of the clinic budget. Monitors utilization of staff and supplies and makes appropriate adjustments to meet the budget.
Trains and monitors staff to ensure that protocols in specific areas comply with federal/state regulatory agencies as applicable.
Participates with clinic manager in pre-employment interviews and makes recommendations regarding hiring.
Schedules and supervises specific clinical personnel.
Participates in Performance Improvement activities as appropriate.
Work includes cross coverage in other clinic areas as team needs.

Current license or certification as RN, LPN, or MA; or completion of approved training program in laboratory and registered as CLS or MLT.
