Development and/or execution of HSE processes and activities, including Audits, Workshops, Trainings. Support continuous optimization of processes and unit operations concerning HSE. Participates in respective expert communities within client as well as external collaborations. Depending on the respective field of expertise the incumbent is focused on one or a few of the following topics: Methodologies for hazard identification, evaluation and mitigation. Evaluation criteria for safety, protection quality. HSE management system including in particular processes like auditing, performance evaluation, continuous improvement cycle, Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Medicine, Biosafety,. Process and Plant Safety,. Environmental Protection,. Transport Safety, Warehouse Safety,. Other special areas with HSE focus, i.e. radiation safety, construction safety etc. as required. Substance Classification (Dangerous Goods and Product Safety). Substance Registration. 1-3 Years of ExperienceResponsible to work on specified safety and health project(s) as outlined by site Industrial Hygiene. The position requires good project management, communication and documentation skills. It will require candidate to utilize industrial hygiene monitoring equipment under the direction of ESH department personnel.Additional Info:1. Manage safety program: lead monthly safety meetings, identify and implement safety improvements, manage calendar items to completion, manage Corrective Action Log, track and trend safety data, etc.2. Track trainings in my learnings and follow-up with those who need to make-up3. Partner with program owners to ensure all program requirements are being managed to completion4. Waste tracking and disposal.5. Daily site walkthroughs to ensure safety procedures are understood and positively reinforced.6. Partner with CMA to manage first aids as they occur7. Tracking of site near miss/hazard recognitions/safety suggestions.8. Job Safety Analysis document review annually9.
