Provides direct patient contact primarily for the evaluation and treatment of medical and orthopedic pathology. General roles include the prevention, diagnosis, and interventions to treat emergency, acute, and chronic medical conditions involving impairment, functional limitations, and disabilities.Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Experience Requirement:1-3 years of relevant experience as an Athletic Trainer.Working knowledge of orthopedics and sports medicine.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Iowa Athletic Trainer License.CPR certification.Desired Qualifications: BOC Certification.Application Process: In order to be considered, applicants must submit a resume and a cover letter to firstname.lastname@example.org that clearly illustrates their qualifications for this position.
