Phlebotomy training/certification or previous phlebotomy experience.2. Working knowledge of BEAKER and EPIC.3. Working experience in a moderate complexity laboratory.4. Knowledge of University of Iowa policies, procedures and regulations.5. Demonstrated verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.6. Demonstrated attention to detail.7. Excellent organizational skills.Duties:Under general supervision, performs difficult technical procedures and other associated responsibilities in the clinical laboratory; maintains laboratory area and equipment.
