Appointment will be on the non-tenure clinical track, open rank. Primary responsibilities will include patient care on a dedicated inpatient geriatric psychiatry unit, supervision of geriatric psychiatry fellow, residents and medical students. The position is a 1.0 FTE and consists of 80% clinical time and 20% academic time, with the latter devoted to scholarly pursuits which may include research and teaching.The University of Iowa, Department of Psychiatry offers competitive salary, excellent benefits, and a collegial professional environment.
