Part-Time Secretary, Student Records

About the Position

Iowa Central Community College is accepting applications for an individual to provide secretarial support to the Student Records staff including, but not limited to entering transfer credits onto Iowa Central transcripts; filing, scanning, and processing students’ records; answering phones; processing registrations for credit and non-credit classes; and overseeing projects as needed. Up to 20 hours per week @ $10.20/hour.


High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and the ability to type 50 net wpm accurately required. Must possess excellent computer skills and the ability to work efficiently and accurately in an atmosphere of frequent interruptions; possess a high level of organizational skills and collaborative, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
