Use your strengths as Health Network Program Manager
In this new individual contributor role, you will deliver results by leading strategic Health Network business planning initiatives comprised of multiple inter-related projects which are interdependent, integrated, highly complex, division-wide, and high risk. You will partner and work collaboratively with division Vice Presidents, program/project management, technology, and business functions to drive and achieve stated strategic objectives, measurable goals, and deliverables. You will advocate for change management as new programs are introduced that require new and/or changes to people, processes, and technology. You will also drive the day-to-day direction of the large scale, complex, multi-faceted division-wide programs and provide informal leadership, direction, and communication through the executive level.

**This is an individual contributor, non-IT role.
**Work from home order: The effects of COVID-19 have moved our employees to a work from home environment. This role will start out fully remote but will be expected to work from our Des Moines, Iowa office upon our return. The time in which we expect to return to our office is undetermined but will take place when it is safe to do so.
Bachelor's degree in a related field or direct and equivalent work experience.
5+ years of progressive program/ project experience that demonstrates management of multiple projects, including a high focus on initiatives that are medium to high complexity and enterprise wide.
Program/Project leadership experience.
Demonstrates the highest degree of ownership and commitment to assigned programs/projects; drives programs/projects toward successful completion in face of aggressive schedules and unforeseen issues, provides a consultative approach while holding themselves and teams accountable for project performance, and is able to achieve program/project objectives for multiple complex projects.
Proven skills in building relationships and influencing people across the organization to break down barriers, resolve conflict, and foster collaboration.
Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate well with diverse audiences, including executives. Effectively presents information, facilitates group discussions, and negotiates.
Works well under pressure while remaining adaptable, open to feedback, and focused during unanticipated challenges.
Ability to travel up to 5%.

Prior process improvement experience.
Business program/project experience.
a. Provide day-to-day execution and direction setting for large divisionwide programs utilizing program/project management to achieve key milestones and deliverables. b. Establish and maintain effective and collaborative partnerships with program/project management, technology, and business leaders, working with each to ensure overall successful delivery of the program and each project within. c. Serve as a key point of escalation when issues arise in the program or various projects supporting the program. Provide direction to the program team or collaborate across the business areas and technology to provide a recommendation to the VP Business Owner when there is not a clear recommendation. d. Be a driver of change management across the division in executing new processes, roles, and technology. e. During implementation of the program/projects ensure all ongoing business process is in place to successfully continue running the business including relevant process mapping, policies and procedures and desk level procedures. f. Prepare executive level summaries with VP and participate in senior leader meetings providing critical updates on status of the program/projects. g. Provide leadership for vendor activities, including direction setting, planning and execution and ensuring all major deliverables and milestones are met. h. Ensure a focus on the customer and the experience as requirements are developed to ensure appropriate strategic alignment and consistency across each division. i. Motivate the team and communicate strategic vision and how it relates to the company strategic priorities. j. Other duties as assigned.
