JOIN OUR TEAM!We are looking for an Outpatient Director for our Outpatient Department. The Outpatient Director plans and directs the outpatient department in conjunction with the Medical Director. The Outpatient Program provides therapeutic and psychiatric services to our clients and families struggling with mental health. The Outpatient Director will provide oversight for standards of care, patient services, case reviews to ensure quality care and ongoing staff development. This position is full-time.iWHAT YOU'LL DO:Day-to-day supervision, support, leadership, and coordination to direct service providers of the programiEnhances connections and partnerships with community resourcesProvides evaluation and therapeutic servicesCollaborate with agencies, foundations, and governmental entities to manage funds and expand resourcesManages program to maximize available resources including monitoring productivity and scheduling of service providersWith the guidance of the Medical Director, establishes best practice standards of care related to services offered and monitors adherence to standards by professional staffiiWHAT YOU'LL NEED:iMasters degree in Social WorkClinically licensed in the State of Iowa, minimum of three years post-licensureAbility to provide supervision to LMSW students/practitioners and towards independent licensureLeadership skills and supervisory experience to lead a team of professional staffExcellent verbal and written communication skillsA valid driver's license with a driving record that will allow insurabilityAbility to pass a pre-employment physical with a drug and alcohol screenWHO YOU ARE:Humble.
