Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Shift: First Shift
Primary Function: Under general supervision, performs secretarial/clerical duties; composes routine correspondence; oversees dissemination of program information; maintains Community Music School, UNI Children’s Choir, and New Horizons Band personnel and financial information; maintains graduate student information; assists with faculty files; assists with student assessment administration and class registration; assists with the Faculty Tenure and Promotion process; assists with faculty searches; maintains Community Music School website and Google Calendar; processes guest artist contracts and payments; provides functional supervision to student employees as needed; and performs other related duties as requested.
Any combination of related clerical office experience, related undergraduate education and/or post high school clerical training that is the equivalent to two years of full-time employment and includes the use of word processing.
